Cancellation Policy:

Service Cancellation:

  • Clients can request the cancellation of ongoing services by providing a written notice via email to info@kuavadigital.com

  • A minimum notice period of two weeks is required for service cancellation.

  • Kuava Digital reserves the right to cancel services if there is a violation of our terms and conditions.

Project Cancellation:

  • For design, development, or any project-based services, a written request for cancellation must be submitted.

  • Depending on the project's stage, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate for the work completed.

Refund Policy:

Advance Payment:

  • All services require an advance payment before initiation.

  • In case of cancellation by the client, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Invoice Clearing:

  • Clients are required to clear invoices within 15 days of receipt.

  • A 10% late fee may be applied to overdue invoices.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests for completed services will be considered within 15 days of project initiation.

  • Eligibility for a refund is subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract.

Notice Period:

  • Clients must provide a notice period of two weeks for any service cancellation or project termination.

Project-Specific Refunds:

  • For project-based services, refund eligibility will be determined based on the completed work and resources invested.

Exceptions:

Force Majeure:

  • Kuava Digital is not liable for refunds or cancellations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or any force majeure events.

Violation of Terms:

  • Kuava Digital reserves the right to refuse refunds for clients who violate the terms and conditions of our service agreement.
